Visa, MasterCard, and personal checks are all accepted. Rates are per night double occupancy and include a full country breakfast. Rates do not include the 9% VT rooms and meals tax. Upon making a reservation you will receive an email confirmation and directions to Frog Meadow.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy
There is a 50% deposit required at the time a reservation is made. The deposit is refundable 14 days or more before your arrival minus a $20 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will not be eligible for a refund and the full amount of your original reservation will be charged to your credit card. However, if we are able to re-rent your room for your reserved time period a refund will be made minus a $20 processing fee. Or if you prefer we will issue a credit for a future stay with no proceesing fee.

Check-in and Check-out
Check in time is 3:00 PM. Depending on occupancy we will do our best to accommodate early arrivals. You are always welcome to drop off your bags until your room is ready.

Check out time is Noon. If no one is arriving in your room the day you are checking out it may be possible extend check out time.
